Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Director to join our healthcare team at Pampa Nursing in Pampa, Texas, United States . As a key leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care activities
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Manage and delegate tasks to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Monitor patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality care
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and the community
Conduct performance evaluations and provides feedback to nursing staff
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in nursing leadership or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
Dedicated to promoting a culture of patient-centered care and excellence
