We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team! The role involves providing high quality lawn care, and related services to both residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and be committed to building customer relationships and maintaining beautiful and healthy landscapes. This position offers an opportunity to work with a variety of tools including a spray rig, aerators, and hand tools, contributing to the enhancement of outdoor spaces through professional applications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn fertilization, weed control, fungicide applications, aeration, overseeding, etc to ensure healthy turf and aesthetic appeal.
• Operate a spray truck, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as aerators safely and efficiently
• Provide fertilization, disease control, and insect control to ornamental trees and shrubs
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
• Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure longevity and proper functioning/calibration
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.

Experience:

• Prior experience in Lawn Care, maintenance, or related outdoor service roles is preferred
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and turf care is advantageous
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools, spray trucks, and small engines is deisrable
• Valid drivers license is required to operate company vehicles and/or trailers

This position requires a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who enjoys working outside in various conditions. Candidates should be detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills, customer care, and a commitment to safety standards in all tasks.
