Vacation Planner

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Vacation Planner will manage incoming calls and emails to provide exceptional service, finalize reservation details, and achieve monthly sales goals while creating happy guests. Key responsibilities Receive and handle 30+ incoming calls daily to engage with customers and ensure a positive experience Follow up with existing customers through calls and emails, maintaining clear communication and service standards Meet monthly sales goals and KPIs while participating in regular training and team meetings Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and service role within a call center environment Strong verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service Technical proficiency with various computer applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured call center environment with performance measurements Interest in travel and familiarity with geography and points of interest are advantageous
