Our standard full-time therapist schedule includes up to 35 hours of scheduled direct care and 5 hours for documentation and other responsibilities within a 40-hour workweek.Options for your workweek. Build your skills through collaboration and annual continuing education and licensing assistance.Your roleYoull help children build independence, confidence, and participation through care tailored to their strengths, needs, and family priorities.Your responsibilities will include:Evaluating how developmental, motor, sensory, and other functional challenges affect each childs daily activities.Developing individualized treatment plans with meaningful goals for play, self-care, and participation.Providing engaging, evidence-based interventions that fit each childs needs and interests.Supporting skills such as fine motor coordination, visual motor integration, dressing, and participation in daily routines.Helping families understand progress and use practical strategies between visits.Collaborating with teammates and other professionals involved in the childs care.Maintaining timely, accurate evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.Bringing curiosity and ideas to the ongoing improvement of our clinical services.Who were looking forYou see the possibilities in each child. You enjoy finding creative ways to support progress, adapting when something isnt working, and learning alongside others.Youll need:A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Current OT licensure, or eligibility to obtain the appropriate license before starting.Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with families and colleagues.A commitment to individualized, evidence-based pediatric care.Pediatric or school-based experience is welcome, but not required.
