Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Active and valid North Dakota SLP licensure and certification
• Previous experience working within school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners with a variety of communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied student caseload as a dedicated speech-language pathologist
• Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students requiring speech-language services
• Maintain accurate documentation according to state and school guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement IEP goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and child study teams
• Provide support and guidance to staff and parents regarding student needs and strategies
