Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies
• Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
• Performs opening and/or closing duties
• Performs store checklist tasks
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments

Shift Leader Essential Functions:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business
• Microsoft Office knowledge required
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback
• Must be extremely reliable and dependable
