Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Location: East Ridge, Tennessee
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description: Join a dedicated team at a 128-bed healthcare facility offering 24-hour emergency care, advanced services, and a supportive work environment. The facility is known for its commitment to quality care and has received numerous accolades for its outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care and medication as prescribed.
- Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Document patient information and care provided.
- Support patients and their families through education and emotional support.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in Tennessee.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification is a plus.
