Mortgage Loan Processor

This is a full time, onsite role, in our office in Miami, FL Onyx Funding is a leading commercial real estate financing brokerage that provides real estate investors and developers with best-in-class financing solutions to meet their projects' needs and strategies. We are looking for highly competitive, driven, and experienced individuals who will actively pursue and source new deals and build new relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of capital markets, finance, or commercial real estate experience, with preferred experience in commercial real estate lending or underwriting. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Onyx Funding office located in Miami, FL. Job Summary: We are seeking a Loan Processor to join our financial services team. The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan applications, verifying applicant information, and ensuring all loan documents are complete and accurate. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask. Key Responsibilities: Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy Verify applicant information, including credit reports, employment, income, and assets Communicate with applicants and loan officers to gather additional information as needed Prepare and submit loan files to underwriters for approval Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing loan processing Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and denials Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to resolve any issues that arise during the loan process Meet or exceed established production goals and deadlines Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in loan processing or related field Knowledge of loan processing software and technology Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing loan processing Ideal Candidate Profile: 1-3 years of experience in capital markets, finance, or commercial real estate.
