Client Advisor - Cabazon Outlet

Summary Part-time Client Advisor role at the Cabazon outlet focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance. Acts as a brand ambassador by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating long-term relationships while supporting store operations, visual merchandising, and training efforts as needed. Responsibilities Provide a high level of client service and represent the brand’s client experience standards. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate). Support visual merchandising, inventory preparation, and store operations activities. Manage customer follow-ups for charge sends, repairs, and holds and collaborate with store leadership. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury; hospitality or client-facing experience acceptable. Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional presentation and dependability; punctuality and flexibility required. Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
