Equivity is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal with a strong background in document drafting to support attorneys handling active estate planning matters.

This role is ideal for someone who regularly works in platforms such as WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, or similar drafting systems, and is comfortable preparing customized estate planning documents with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated, long-term team of legal professionals, partnering directly with attorneys while being fully supported by Equivity’s internal operations and leadership.

  • Availability and responsiveness within 1 hour during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Equivity, you are part of a dedicated, internally managed team of legal professionals—not a temporary placement. We provide ongoing work with established attorneys while maintaining the flexibility of remote work. You’ll be supported by an experienced operations team and work in a collaborative, professional environment that values quality and long-term relationships.

Benefits
