Job Responsibilities and Schedule Currently 1,650 Pediatric panel of patients FTE is flexible 0.8 to 1.0 at the Freeport branch location Mon-Fri/8A-5P No holidays Call: Family Medicine phone call only 2x/month Outpatient Clinic: 4-5 day work week working in Monroe, WI, and Freeport, IL.
