Physical Therapist Position - Outpatient SettingLocation: Punxsutawney, PAAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, with expectations of 36 hours guaranteed, up to 40 hours per week.Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient position, providing quality care for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient therapy, though new graduates are welcome to apply. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and productivity.Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.Float to other clinics as needed to ensure continuity of care.Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Outpatient experience is preferred. Candidates must hold an active PT license and meet all state regulations.
