Project Manager - Data Center Construction

We’re partnered with a high-performing GC delivering large-scale, data center campuses across Northern Virginia —and they’re selectively adding Project Managers who want more than just another project… they want scale, ownership of projects, and a clear move into Senior PM. This role is open to Project Managers from a Subcontractor or General Contractor background with 3-8 years of construction experience. Open to APMs looking for promotion to a PM, or current PMs.

The seat:

You’ll sit at the center of delivery—working directly with a Project Executive and strong field teams, while taking ownership of:

• Project financials, budgets, and forecasting
• Scheduling and critical path execution
• Coordination across major trade partners (MEP, electrical, mechanical)
• RFIs, submittals, change management
• Acting as a key client-facing leader on high-profile builds

This is a role where you scale up fast —in technical depth, responsibility, and visibility.

What’s on the table:

• $120K–$145K base + 10–20% bonus
• Sign-on bonus + vehicle allowance
