Jr Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers and senior managers on data analysis, reporting, and project support.
• Coordinate assigned tasks across departments to ensure projects move forward on schedule.
• Research and analyze data, producing reports that highlight trends, patterns, and the effectiveness of Credit Union initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to support strategic decision-making.
• Apply strong technical skills-including advanced Excel-to format, manipulate, and interpret datasets.

• Experience: 2-5 years of research and/or analytical experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Education: Two-year college degree, specialized certification/licensing, vendor training, or equivalent apprenticeship-based skills.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities; clear communication; ability to influence and collaborate; proficiency with PC hardware, operating systems, databases, and printers; general knowledge of networks; expert-level Excel preferred (pivot tables, charts, data manipulation).

• Salary: $52-55k
