Engineering Change Management Senior Analyst Responsibilities Read product datasheets, identify manufacturer part numbers, create descriptions and Part Numbers Create Bills of materials Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) in Agile PLM system based on inputs from change managers and client stakeholders Conduct change impact analysis and Root Cause Analysis for misses Work towards meeting SLAs and KPIs Job Requirements Location: San Jose, CA or Austin, TX. Hybrid schedule with a requirement of being onsite 3 days a week. Texas residents must cover office hours in PST time. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Engineering Change Management Minimum of 3 years of experience using Oracle Agile PLM or any other equivalent PLM tool Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering Experience working in Hi-Tech Industries Experience working with Contract Manufacturers/Servers and Networking Equipment/Component Engineering Exposure to Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing Functions Ability to read Engineering Drawings/Spec Sheets to create part descriptions and identify manufacturing part numbers Experience with Bill of Materials, ECR, ECN, ECO, MCO Benefits Accenture offers a competitive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and long‑term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
