Industrial Engineer

This role plays a critical part in supporting the successful vehicle launch within General Assembly. The position focuses on executing standardized work, supporting Industrial Engineering (IE) initiatives, and driving continuous improvement through data tracking, process implementation, and line optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in automotive engineering as an Industrial Engineer
Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts (time studies, line balancing, standardized work)
Understanding of process implementation and work instruction execution
Knowledge of MODAPTS or similar time measurement systems
Prior experience supporting vehicle launches or new product introductions
Background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
Familiarity with automotive assembly processes
