Job Description

A thriving outpatient practice in Casper is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative team.
This is a full-time role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness services for an engaged patient population. Light phone call rotation required (approximately 1 week every 6 weeks).

Position Overview:

  • Outpatient clinic, Monday–Friday schedule

  • Manageable patient panel size for quality-focused care

  • Light phone call coverage, no hospital or inpatient duties

  • Strong salary with annual bonuses

  • Benefits include health insurance, CME reimbursement, and 401(k) with match

  • Sign-on bonus available

Requirements:

  • Active Wyoming APRN license

  • Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner

  • Primary care experience preferred
