Talento Search Group has an opening for a  Lead Maintenance Technician in the Cambria, Virginia area. This is a direct hire position

Job Highlights:

• Pay: $28 - $32 per hour depending upon experience
• Shift:  Day
• Benefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direction and scheduling of maintenance workload for other technicians
• Provide training / guidance as needed
• Complete PM’s in a timely manner and per equipment manufacturer’s instructions
• Perform repairs on hydraulics, pumps, and gearboxes
• Plan and implement corrective action with management direction
• Installation, maintenance, repair, dismantle, and reassemble machinery of industrial equipment
• Strong electrical skills
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations
• Follow work orders for preventive maintenance and repairs

Experience Needed:

• Associates degree in Maintenance Technology is preferred
• Strong mechanical experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• General electrical experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment - 1 to 2 years leadership experience
