Relocation assistance provided. Responsibilities Prepare and review estimates for projects ranging up to $75M. Manage bids, budgets, change orders, and RFIs to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with senior project leadership to support project planning and delivery. Oversee bid reviews and provide input ahead of major project launches. Work closely with field teams, to improve scope accuracy. Requirements 5+ years of Estimating experience, with a focus on interior construction (Divisions 8, 9, 10). Strong knowledge of change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. Field experience preferred, with proven ability to transition knowledge into office-based estimating. Proficiency in Bluebeam; willingness to adapt to additional software tools as required. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment.
