Schedule: 2nd shift | Mon+Tues, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, Friday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of banquet or event setup experience preferred
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift (up to) 50 lbs and move equipment throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working long hours
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, buffets, dance floors, and staging per floor plans
• Arrange and move furniture, AV equipment, podiums, and event materials
• Assist with decor setup alongside event coordinators and clients
• Break down events, clean and reset rooms to standard conditions
• Support service teams with beverage stations, water service, and restocking supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness of event areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, and equipment storage
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Provide friendly, professional service during all events
