Must be willing to perform physically demanding work in hot and humid conditions. Cold weather as well. Work cooperatively in teams or alone as assigned. Direct other employees Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be able to operate push and/or riding lawnmower and snow removal equipment. Must be able to perform minor repairs. Must be aware of surroundings to ensure safety. Eight (8) hour day. 30 minute duty free lunch. 182 days a year.
