Well established and growing (15) physician and (12) APP Cardiology group
Seeking an Invasive Non-Interventional Cardiologist joining (5) Invasive Non-Interventional Cardiologists in a desirable Denver university community suburb
Award winning health system.

Role Description:

Invasive non Interventional Cardiologist
Denver, CO
In this role, the physician is trained to perform certain "invasive" procedures to diagnose heart conditions
Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization (Angiography): Inserting a catheter into the heart's chambers or coronary arteries to inject dye and take X-ray images.
Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE): Inserting an ultrasound probe down the esophagus to get high-resolution images of the heart valves and chambers.
Electrical Cardioversions: Delivering a controlled electric shock to the heart to restore a normal rhythm.
Loop Recorder Implantation: Placing a small device under the skin to monitor heart rhythms over a long period.
Managing patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
Interpreting non-invasive tests like EKGs, stress tests, and standard echocardiograms.
Determining which patients require referral to an interventional cardiologist for stenting or to a cardiothoracic surgeon for bypass surgery.
Call: 1 in 6 Ratio

Requirements:

Colorado State Medical License
Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Invasive Cardiology
