Join an established team of 2 Family Medicine Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant Medical Assistants at a 1:1 ratio with cliniciansAmbient-AI technology to assist with documentationEnjoy the flexibility of a 4 day work weekGrowing population with new economic development Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community. Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning. Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system. Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
