LHH is looking for an experienced Buyer to join a team at a privately held company near Roseville, Mn. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and purchasing materials, products and services needed. Looking for someone who enjoys negotiating deals, building relationships, and is able to stay organized keeping things running on schedule. Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing Research and evaluate suppliers to find best cost, quality and delivery options Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with vendors Resolve any issues revolving around deliveries, quality or pricing Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2 years of similar experience Construction management, engineering, or similar industry experience Skills Strong math and analytical skills Great communication along with ability to stay organized Ability to multi-task: juggle multiple projects and deadlines Compensation and Benefits $60,000-$65,000 Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
