Environmental Project Manager

What We're Looking For At Barge Design Solutions, we partner with clients to solve complex environmental challenges while protecting natural resources and supporting sustainable growth. Our multidisciplinary Environmental Services team delivers innovative solutions across natural resources, environmental compliance, permitting, remediation, restoration, and waste management. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead impactful projects and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Work with office leadership executing proper PM procedures. Develop contracts including subcontracts to comply with Barge terms. Prepare comprehensive Project Management Plans. Lead and facilitate a collaborative work environment and advance initiatives that support a positive workplace culture. Ensure Quality Program implementation and execution. Review project reports and findings; make modifications to projects as needed. Provide technical guidance and resolve project problems. Act as primary agent between client and project team, coordinating events, leading client meetings and internal project meetings, and delivering the final project to client. Occasionally function as a technical lead on projects. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others. Attend various leadership meetings. Support and implement strategic and business planning activities. Perform other duties as requested. Education & Experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited program. Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience. Applicable certification as required by discipline. Attend and participate in Barge PM training programs. Why join us?
