Hoerbiger is seeking a CNC Setup Operator I for 2nd shift to support precision manufacturing in our advanced industrial environment. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components used in compression, drive, and mechatronic systems worldwide. Responsibilities include preparing tooling and fixtures, loading programs, performing first-article and in-process inspections, and making offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances. You will follow strict safety and quality standards, complete production documentation, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure reliable, efficient operations and continuous improvement.
