Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in educational settings

• Commitment to understanding diverse student backgrounds and needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design individualized behavior support plans for students
• Provide ongoing consultation and training for teachers, staff, and families regarding best practices in behavior management
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions based on outcomes and student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goals and strategies tailored to each student
