Proposal Specialist

To ensure comprehensive execution of proposal activities, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist will coordinate the proposal process, respond to RFIs and RFPs, and guide technical staff in producing written materials. Key responsibilities Strategize with internal teams to develop winning proposals and manage the proposal preparation process Conduct daily status meetings to review proposal progress and facilitate storyboarding sessions for proposal strategies Direct writing and editing efforts, oversee document libraries, and maintain a reusable repository of proposal materials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in Federal government contract proposal writing or coordination Experience in the Federal Government RFP procurement process and developing proposals using the Shipley method Proficient in MS Office and MS365 document management and workflow automation tools Must be a U.S. Citizen
