Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Location Elkhart, IN Employment Type Part Time Overview You’ll dive into the world of cutting‑edge electronics and make a real impact, ensuring proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays for clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Responsibilities Visit major retail stores within an assigned territory to complete merchandising projects. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Schedule Up to 25 hours per week. Availability required Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (no weekends or evenings). Potential for more hours covering larger regions or traveling. Qualifications Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable. Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory. Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams, with attention to detail. Work independently and collaborate with a small team when needed. Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus. Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to use the vehicle for job duties. Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Benefits & Compensation Base rate: $17.00 per hour for general merchandising projects. Higher rates for additional technical projects based on need.
