This is a travel position. Our crews travel weekly to projects across North Carolina and neighboring states. During Hiring Day, you'll interview with our leadership team, learn about our apprenticeship program, and meet the people you'll be working alongside. What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys traveling and can be away from home during the work week. 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to pass a medical exam and drug screening. Able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders. Honest, dependable, and enjoys working outdoors. Construction or electrical experience is a plus, but we'll train motivated individuals with the right attitude. What You'll Be Doing Installing lightning protection systems on commercial and industrial buildings. Reading blueprints and construction drawings. Installing grounding systems and lightning protection cables. Working safely as part of a team. Building a rewarding career while traveling throughout the Southeast.
