Housekeeping Supervisor - Luxury High-Rise Condominium Janitorial Supervisor (Full-Time) Location: Zip Code 33129. Schedule: Full-time, salary, 6 days a week. Pay: Weekly. Basic - Intermediate English is a requirement. Job Description: We are seeking reliable and professional housekeeping staff to join our team at a luxury condominium building. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of all public and common areas. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect common areas of the condominium building. Maintain a clean and organized environment. Perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, polishing, and window washing. Maintain professionalism when working with supervisors and residents. Requirements Immediate or near-immediate availability. Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish. Must have valid U.S. work authorization and documents in order. La persona seleccionada será responsable de mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas públicas y comunes del edificio. Responsabilidades Limpiar y desinfectar las áreas comunes del condominio. Mantener el edificio limpio y ordenado. Realizar tareas como aspirado, pulido, limpieza de ventanas, entre otras. Mantener profesionalismo al trabajar con supervisores y residentes.
