Customer Service Representative – On-Site
LoanMax Title Loans is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Portland location. This is an on-site role with paid training, strong benefits, and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with loan questions
- Manage accounts, payments, and follow-ups
- Evaluate vehicles used as collateral
- Deliver professional, friendly service
