Intermittent Work Schedule This position does not provide guaranteed work hours each week, and work will be assigned on an intermittent "as needed basis.". This position will NOT lead to a full-time position. Intermittent employees are NOT eligible for benefits (Health and Life Insurance) (Annual and Sick Leave). Duties Conduct specified aptitude examination sessions ranging in size from 1 to 40 persons (enlistment tests), and 1 to 250 persons (student tests). Instruct applicants on testing procedures and start, observe, time, and end tests or test segments as directed. Utilize computer systems and software to administer computer-based enlistment and student aptitude tests. Oversee security and accountability of student test booklets at home, during transport, and at the testing location. Coordinate use of facilities to ensure adequacy of testing environment, test room control, and test security measures. Requirements Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Employee must possess a valid driver's license to conduct tests in remote locations or at schools. This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 100% of the time. This position requires 100% travel away from the duty station to conduct testing in remote locations or at schools. Incumbent required to lift up to 30 lbs. (Transfer of controlled test material and equipment to and from authorized storage facilities to testing sites, as required.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
