• Maintain an accurate log of your outreach efforts and follow-up activities.
• Listen carefully to the needs of the community and direct them toward the right protection options.
• Coordinate with the rest of the office to hand off interested leads to licensed agents.
• Continuously seek ways to improve your outreach methods to better connect with local families.

• Professional and clear communication skills over the phone.
• Comfortable working in an office environment in Gautier, Mississippi.

• Basic computer literacy for logging calls and managing simple data.
• Prior experience in customer service or outbound calling is helpful but not strictly required.
