Director Surgical Services

The client is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead surgical operations at a hospital facility with approximately 130 beds and four operating rooms. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and coordination of surgical services, supporting safe, efficient patient care, and helping drive continuous improvement across the surgical area. The Director of Surgical Services will typically manage clinical and operational workflows, support surgical team collaboration, and ensure appropriate standards of care and service delivery.
