What Youll Do:
Assists in the development of long-range plansto achieve objectives for growth and profitability. Conducts studies for management in a numberof areas including financial and operational. Assists in forecast and analyzes trends in finance. Responsible for computing and reportingfinancial measurements for Upper Level management.

Serves as finance lead for assigned business unit including compiling and analyzing all financial information.
Prepares and distributes monthly financial review package to management
Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in revenue expenses and other related areas.
Works with finance management and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet those objectives.
Assists with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long range plans.
Carries out performance analysis and reporting.
Works with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end-users.
Performs month-end review of results to ensure accuracy.
Analyzes actual results to understand variances and revises projections as appropriate.
Supports department managers director and vice president.

What Were Looking For:
Education
Bachelors degree in accounting business management or finance required

Experience
1 4 years experience of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Skills/Certifications
Financial analysis Quantitative analysis planning and Analytical skills
Ability to understand Accounting and Finance Principles
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge of Pivot Tables and Vlookups within Excel.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL is preferred
Strong communications writing presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to manage daily function with minimal supervision
