Overview Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This range is provided by Sam's Club. What you'll do The role supports the freezer, cooler, and deli operations and requires a focus on safety, sanitation, and customer service. Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to Management. Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, including handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues. Follow Company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, and reporting issues to Management. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
