Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Maintaining files
• Electronically filing documents with State and Federal courts including the Court of Chancery
• Managing calendars
• Scheduling meetings and depositions
• Preparing trial documents
• Corresponding with clients
• Providing general administrative support, as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent Litigation Paralegal experience
• E-filing experience required
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Very organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
