About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineer to lead diverse infrastructure and airport development projects . The ideal candidate will manage projects from design through construction, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct value engineering reviews to optimize cost and quality.
• Prepare, review, and manage change orders while mitigating project risks.
• Coordinate communication between airport authorities, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders .
• Lead regular project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management to ensure long-term operational efficiency.
• Manage the design phase , ensuring consultants meet contractual obligations.
• Supervise the construction phase , monitoring schedules, milestones, budgets, and project performance.
• Review and validate engineering designs for compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Michigan (MI).
• 15–20+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on construction, infrastructure, and/or airport development projects .
• Strong leadership and project management experience with a proven record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other CAD software .
  

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing large-scale airport or transportation infrastructure projects.
