Additional information can be found at Scope: According to customer and internal specifications, designs and implements manufacturing processes and equipment for the manufacture of PCB's, including process optimization and continual improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English. Ability to use personal experience, education, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. Focus on process yield and improvement. Interact with customers regarding process improvement and failure analysis. Support manufacturing by process definition and implementation. Ability to specify materials, tools, equipment (when possible), and process parameters. Ability to assist in training of manufacturing personnel. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. Ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for process improvement. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in technically related field. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
