This in-person, contract opportunity allows you to work closely with young students, helping to foster their development and support their unique physical needs. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid and active Missouri Physical Therapy license (please provide license number with your application)
• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices for therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to providing direct, in-person therapy services (no remote options available for this role)
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for early childhood students
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy sessions in a school environment
• Collaborate with staff and families to support students’ educational and developmental goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt interventions to meet changing caseloads and student needs as assignments are finalized
