Join Our Team as a Server/Bartender at Long Beach!

What You'll DoAs a Server/Bartender at Long Beach, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an amazing time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, with precision and flair.
- Delivering food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensuring the bar and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
