Pharmacist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking Per Diem Pharmacists with retail pharmacy experience for a high-volume pharmacy setting in Louisville, KY.

This role supports safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications while ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations.

Pay Rate: $65 – $75 per hour

Schedule: shifts between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

· Verify, prepare, and dispense prescriptions accurately in a retail pharmacy setting

· Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, policies, and safety standards

· Review and clarify medication orders to maintain patient safety

· Provide clinical support and guidance to pharmacy technicians and staff

· Perform final verification of prescriptions and ensure accuracy before dispensing

· Maintain workflow efficiency in a high-volume environment

· Support patient care through medication counseling when required

· Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and appropriate medication therapy

Qualifications:

· Active Pharmacist license (required)

· Retail pharmacy experience required

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing

· Ability to work flexible per diem shifts between 9AM–7PM

· Strong communication and teamwork skills
