Implementation Consultant

To support organizational readiness and change execution for AI products, the experienced AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on developing change management plans, communication strategies, and learning resources to enhance AI adoption across stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities Conduct AI change impact assessments and develop adoption and change management plans Create tailored communication materials and coordinate AI awareness activities Design persona-based learning journeys and deliver workshops to support AI onboarding and enablement Required Qualifications Experience in supporting organizational change for technology or AI-enabled product rollouts Familiarity with change management principles and user-centered design Proven ability to design scalable learning programs and training assets Strong writing and executive communication skills Experience engaging global or matrixed stakeholder groups
