Job Duties and Responsibilities The Lot Attendant/Detail performs critical tasks that uphold our standards and enhance the customer experience. You: Performs thorough vehicle detailing, ensuring all vehicles meet presentation standards.Executes comprehensive car washing, including exterior cleaning and interior cleaning, to maintain vehicle aesthetics.Applies polishing techniques to vehicle surfaces, enhancing their shine and protection.Manages vehicle movement safely and efficiently within the lot and to designated areas.Maintains impeccable lot organization, ensuring vehicles are displayed logically and attractively.Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in all cleaning and organizational tasks.Provides courteous customer service when assisting clients or staff with vehicle inquiries.Inspects vehicles for cleanliness and readiness before customer delivery or display.Maintains a clean and organized work area, including detailing equipment and supplies. Required Qualifications Education Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience Experience in vehicle detailing, car washing, or a similar automotive service role is preferred.Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply. Knowledge/Skills Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle care and lot management.Applies knowledge of vehicle detailing, car washing, interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, and polishing techniques.Understands safe practices for vehicle movement and lot organization.Exhibits effective customer service and communication skills.Possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dealership or professional detailing environment.Familiarity with various detailing products and equipment. Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Routinely stands, walks, bends, stoops, and kneels for extended periods.Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds occasionally.Works outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.Operates detailing equipment and power tools safely.Tolerates exposure to vehicle exhaust fumes, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
