As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utility location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support operations through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.42 / Hour Weekly Pay Job Schedule: DayTimeTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at utility locations. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and/or unauthorized activity. Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports. Observe and report facility conditions, including unsecured access points, damaged fencing, lighting concerns, and/or other hazards, to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
