Job Description:
- Lead the end to end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, LPI data model and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and related systems.
- Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to design principles and security standards.
- Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Conduct impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience designing and implementing large scale Salesforce solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with complex data modeling, security design, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
- Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) are required
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect credentials preferred
