As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to optimize infrastructure and enhance connectivity within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. This position offers the chance to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while upholding professional and technical standards.Responsibilities- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of cloud and network architecture projects- Utilizing Pega Platform and business process modeling to optimize technology infrastructure and enhance connectivity- Analyzing and identifying the linkages and interactions between system components to improve business performance- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and deliver quality work- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address data challenges and enhance service excellence- Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across platform engineering teams- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within architecture frameworks- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessaryWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management- Demonstrating proficiency in Pega Platform and Business Process Modeling- Excelling in analytical thinking and AI fluency- Building and maintaining strong client relationships- Leading teams with a focus on service excellence and teamwork- Managing complex projects with strategic planning and execution- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance deliveryTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
