Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures. At VBNC Physical Therapy, each session with your patient will be 1 full hour, 1 on 1. You will be able to provide the high-quality, individualized care you have always dreamed of. Your patients will not be double booked.

Duties
- Assist in implementing customized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Provide manual therapy and guide patients through specific exercises and therapeutic activities
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
