Our advisors are expected to proactively update customers, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions that benefit both the customer and the dealership. We are not a micromanagement-style dealership. We want self-motivated individuals who can think critically, adapt quickly, and take ownership of their responsibilities without needing constant supervision.
